General rules

No smoking or vaping indoors

•  Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
• Parties and events are not allowed under any circumstances.
• The maximum number of guests allowed is 6. Only registered guests may stay overnight.
• Pets are not permitted to ensure the property remains allergen-free.

Noise & neighbours

• Please respect our neighbours at all times
• Quiet hours: 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• Avoid loud music or disturbances, especially during late hours

Property care

• Please treat the property with care and respect
• Any damage must be reported as soon as possible
• Additional charges may apply for damage or excessive cleaning

Check-in & check-out

• Check-in: From 3:00 PM
• Check-out: By 10:00 AM
• Please ensure the property is left in a tidy condition
• Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability.

Safety

• Do not tamper with smoke alarms or safety equipment
• Ensure doors and windows are locked when leaving the property

Additional information

Failure to follow these house rules may result in:

• Additional charges
• Immediate termination of your stay without refund
